We seek a seasoned executive to oversee the daily operations of our laboratory. This role involves managing staff, scheduling, and resources to optimize performance and deliver high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily laboratory operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Manage procurement, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and reagents to minimize waste and cost.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for laboratory staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the laboratory.

As an executive leader, you will play a vital role in maintaining our laboratory's operational excellence and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Requirements:
  • M.Sc. in Life Sciences or Applied Sciences
  • Experience in laboratory management and operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
