This full-time role involves designing and implementing tailored exercise programs for cardiac rehabilitation patients. Daily tasks include conducting physical assessments, monitoring patient progress, providing therapeutic exercises, and educating patients about safe physical activities.

Collaboration with medical staff and adherence to established protocols are essential requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical assessments to determine the most effective treatment plan for each patient
  • Develop and implement individualized exercise programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients throughout their recovery journey
  • Collaborate closely with medical professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., exercise science, kinesiology, or physical therapy)
  • Current certification in cardiac rehabilitation or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
