Job Title: Senior Consultant FINS

  • As a seasoned professional in financial management systems, you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing and future deployments of Workday FINS as part of a program team.
  • Within this role, you will provide mentoring and support to FINS team members, sharing your expertise and experience as our senior FINS consultant.
  • Your key responsibilities will include solutioning and overseeing the deployment of enhancements to our existing FINS deployments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • You will diagnose and resolve assigned tickets for Workday FINS and integrated applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Additionally, you will investigate new functionality being released or introduced, collaborating with other functional Workday resources to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • With a strong focus on maintaining expertise and staying current, you will be accountable for keeping process documentation up-to-date, reflecting the latest developments and advancements in Workday and wider industry trends.
  • In this position, you will also be an expert in the art of the possible with Workday, providing creative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Safeguarding global design standards and principles against competing requests for change, you will play a crucial role in ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
  • You will also be responsible for solutioning and developing enhancements as assigned, leveraging your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday FINS Module, you will train other members of the team on Workday FINS and associated processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill-building throughout the organization.
