Job Title: Cloud Operations Lead Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Operations Lead Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage and support a customer's AWS platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and support a customer's AWS platform ensuring high availability and performance.
  • To be technical hands-on and provide Incident and Problem management on the AWS IaaS and PaaS Platform.
  • To actively monitor an AWS platform for technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • To assist in the root cause analysis of incidents and implement process improvements.
  • To lead a technical team of engineers and assist with recruitment, training, and knowledge transfer.
Technical Requirements:
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • AWS management of large-scale IaaS and PaaS solutions.
  • Cloud networking and security fundamentals.
  • Experience using containerization in AWS.
  • Working data warehouse knowledge, preferably Redshift and Snowflake.
  • Working understanding of scripting languages including Python and Shell.
Leadership Qualities:
  • Previous team lead or management experience.
  • Good documentation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members.
Additional Skills:
  • Experience using monitoring and observer toolsets such as Splunk and Datadog.
  • Experience using Terraform and Cloud Formation.
  • Knowledge of ETL environments and confluent cloud platforms.
