Business Intelligence Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and data analysis to support business growth.
Your primary focus will be on end-to-end data analysis of digital experiences, creating dashboards, and partnering with technology partners to drive business success.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop measurement plans, perform data analysis within Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake, and share findings with stakeholders through compelling dashboards and presentations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull relevant data and curate insightful analysis to inform business decisions
- Provide accurate assessments of customer performance in stores
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set goals and objectives for new features
- Interpret dashboard data with technology partners and product owners
- Summarize feature outcomes and recommend strategies for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports in Power BI and customer reporting
- Participate in workshops to brainstorm new ideas and site enhancements
- Identify opportunities to optimize the site and enhance user experience
