Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Mechanical Welder to join our team and work on various steel industry projects. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality welds and meeting strict project deadlines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welding Operations: You will be working with manual or semi-automatic welding equipment (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc welders) to fuse metals and create strong, precise joints.
  • Material Preparation: Accurately measure, cut, and prepare metal components for welding.
  • Quality Control: Inspect welded surfaces and structures for defects to ensure they meet specifications and industry standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure proper working order and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc welding) and experience with welding equipment.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: A strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and mechanical knowledge.
  • Blueprint Reading: The ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical documents.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to work for long periods, lift heavy materials, and possess excellent physical stamina.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Crucial for precise control and execution of welding tasks.
