Your Role
As a Talent Advisor, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through their talent acquisition journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data/Solution analysis: Forming a clear picture of where the client's organization is, what the challenges are, and what the future state will look like. Gathering market intelligence from market insights reports, internal and external sources, and sharing with the client and internal team.
- Client/customer management: Cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders, such as Hiring Managers, Managers Operations, and the HRBP's. Being a trusted advisor for our clients and building a culture of Talent Advisory within the client organization.
- Administration: Creating advanced reports for internal and external needs to craft Talent Advisory strategy. Managing systems under assigned business functions.
