Senior Storage Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Storage Solutions Engineer to join our organization.

  • This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert on storage architectures and integrations.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of hands-on storage expertise across multiple technologies and vendors.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Technical Leadership & Advisory
    • Technical leadership and advisory services for deploying Private Cloud Director.
    • Collaboration with Engineering teams to inform design decisions.
    • Advising PreSales engineers during customer solution design.
  • Solution Design & Integration
    • Designing and documenting best practice architectures for integrating PCD with diverse storage solutions.
    • Guiding and supporting integrations with vendor-specific storage solutions.
    • Participating in solution validation and lab testing.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
    • Developing and maintaining internal best practice guides for storage-related topics.
    • Creating external customer-facing guides and knowledge base articles.
    • Conducting technical enablement sessions for Professional Services, PreSales, and Support teams.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
    • Staying current with evolving storage technologies and protocols.
    • Partnering with Engineering to identify product enhancements.
    • Proactively suggesting improvements to delivery methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of enterprise storage expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of storage protocols and architectures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex storage performance issues.
