Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Management

  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management

    • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop sales strategies and tactics to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
    • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the commercial budget and ensure financial objectives are met.
    • Analyze financial data to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Recruit, train, and mentor members of the commercial team.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry as a GM Commercial, with a strong background in strategic planning, procurement, sales, and team leadership.
