Visual Design Specialist

The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in a related field, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field.

We are seeking an experienced Visual Design Specialist to create designs, concepts, and layouts based on visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography. They will ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality.

  • Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality.
  • Present finalised ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.
  • Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Be part of all client meetings and communicate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Interpret client's business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
  • Obtain approval of the concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
  • Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Maintain necessary design trackers to track work and ensure delivery as per scope from the design front.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Knowledge of other software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
  • Experience working with beauty brands is a plus point.

Requirements:
