Senior Automation Tester

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Automation Tester to join our team. As a key member of our software development life cycle, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using Playwright, Protractor, Cucumber, Selenium, and other relevant tools.
  • Maintain and improve existing test automation infrastructure to ensure high-quality and efficient testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and QA engineers, to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure thorough and comprehensive testing.
  • Identify and report defects, providing clear and concise documentation for reproduction and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in software testing, preferably with a focus on automation testing.
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of security testing principles and techniques.
  • Experience with mobile application testing using Appium or similar tools.
