Visual Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute creative visual solutions that meet client needs and expectations. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand design briefs, deliver exceptional designs, and exceed project expectations. • Provide direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development while maintaining a high standard of design excellence across the team. • Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities and deadlines, while upholding meticulous attention to detail and consistently delivering flawless output.
Requirements • 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in branding, packaging, digital media, and social media content. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design. • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
