Requirements:

  • Proven PC troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.
  • Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Suite, Orchestrator, Configuration Manager, and Service Manager.
  • Experience with Flexera Suite and packaging.
