**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in F5 LTM, WAF, API Security, and BIG-IQ technical support.

The successful applicant will be responsible for handling service request incidence related to F5, as well as managing escalations and issues. Additionally, they will take care of F5 devices hardware maintenance RMA handling and handle change management, configuration, backups DR s.

Maintaining process document and related technical documents is also an essential part of the role. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for handling implementation, upgrade patch management of the F5 devices.

Beneficial to have Cloud Security knowledge and strong communication skills, including email writing. Additional knowledge on Network Security and Firewall would be a plus.
