ECM Consultant

The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of content management solutions, driving digital transformation and communication strategies across enterprise platforms.

  • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies
  • Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
  • Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other enterprise applications
  • Knowledge of digital communication platforms and strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • IBM FileNet certification is a plus
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred
