Job Summary

We seek a strategic advertising professional to manage our Amazon advertising campaigns for a portfolio of 3,000+ products.

This role is remote with quarterly travel to our office in Chicago. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve ambitious sales and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies to achieve sales growth, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA) goals.
  • Conduct daily performance checks, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively adjust campaigns to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Recommend and refine keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and Amazon marketplace changes to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising insights into broader business strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 10+ years of experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns at scale.
  • Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console.
  • Strong track record of scaling campaigns profitably, improving ROAS, and controlling CPA.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and Excel.
  • Ability to manage large-scale campaigns across thousands of SKUs with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
