Job Overview

The Automation Solutions Analyst plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, and Office 365.

This position requires expertise in automating business processes to reduce manual errors, enhance system controls, and increase productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing scalable automation solutions that can be applied across geographies and business units.
  • Training and enabling citizen developers and Automation CoE teams to implement reusable solutions.
  • Staying current with emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact through proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Supporting large-scale automation projects and contributing to solution architecture.
  • Maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines for deliverables impacting internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously reviewing and enhancing existing automation solutions.
