Job Description

As a Senior Software Test Engineer at Qapitol QA, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. You will perform end-to-end testing of web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance. Additionally, you will integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

In this role, you will also develop and execute automated API test cases using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. You will validate API responses, status codes, and data integrity. Furthermore, you will perform load and performance testing on APIs to ensure scalability and reliability.

Furthermore, you will test AI-driven ChatBot functionalities, including natural language processing (NLP) and conversational flows. You will validate ChatBot responses for accuracy, context, and user intent. Collaborating with AI/ML teams, you will ensure ChatBot performance aligns with business requirements.

You will leverage knowledge of Generative AI (e.g., GPT, LLMs) to test AI-driven features and solutions. You will understand and validate AI model outputs, ensuring they meet quality and ethical standards. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and incorporate them into testing strategies.

As a key member of our team, you will build and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks. You will implement best practices for test automation, including code reviews, version control, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
  • Develop and execute automated API test cases using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Web Automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

  • Knowledge of ChatBot testing methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools (e.g., OpenAI GPT, LangChain).
  • Experience with programming languages like Java.
