We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of field operations across assigned regions.

  • Plan and coordinate field operations for new and ongoing projects.
  • Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • High adaptability to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingsness and ability to travel extensively.
