Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will participate in the analysis and planning phases to create test scenarios that meet our high standards.

You will be responsible for designing tests, creating test data, and executing tests for Web and Mobile applications.

Additionally, you will ensure that the customer journey flow is seamless and user-friendly for a diverse user base, identifying potential areas for improvement.

Collaborating with Operations, Business, and Engineering teams, you will gain a deeper understanding of what needs to be tested beyond specifications.

Furthermore, you will manage and update test suites as new features are introduced, ensuring that our testing capabilities remain robust and effective.

Lastly, you will analyze automation results, file bugs identified by scripts, and track them until closure.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with 3+ years of experience in testing UI and backend for large-scale web and mobile web applications.

Excellent analytical skills are required to analyze user experience and functional behavior of Web/Mobile Apps, raising bugs or gaps as needed.

A good understanding of Internet/Web Technologies is essential.

Strong problem-solving and coding skills are also necessary.

Experience in testing e-commerce applications is a plus, as well as experience in writing automation scripts to test Web UI and/or Mobile App.

Finally, excellent oral and written communication skills are required to represent the QA team in feature review meetings.
