  • Data Migration and Integration Specialist

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end migration of data warehousing and ETL processes from legacy systems to Snowflake and dbt.

  • You will design, develop, and implement highly efficient, scalable, and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines within the new Snowflake and dbt environment.
  • Ongoing workflows for performance and cost-efficiency on the Snowflake platform will be optimized by you.
  • You will establish and enforce data quality, governance, and security standards within the new platform.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders will be required to understand data requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • The development of best practices for data modeling, CI/CD, and version control will be your responsibility.
  • Junior engineers will be mentored by you, and you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the data engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex data integration and data warehouse performance issues is a key responsibility.
  • Collaboration with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven success is essential.
  • Migrating data platforms from on-premises/legacy systems to cloud environments requires expertise.
