Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot and maintain process instruments, including control valves, on-off valves, transmitters, PLCs, control panels, and VFDs.
2. Ensure proper calibration, installation, and functioning of instruments used for measuring level, pressure, flow, and temperature.
3. Monitor and maintain PLC-based control systems, including software programming, fault finding, and modification if required.
4. Perform routine checks and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation control panels, motors, and VFDs during assigned shifts to ensure smooth plant operations.
5. Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and improve plant efficiency.
6. Ensure all instrumentation activities comply with company safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
7. Maintain records of maintenance activities, calibration reports, and troubleshooting logs.

Requirements:
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance, preferably in the edible oil, food processing, or similar manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of process instruments, PLCs, SCADA, and automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings and electrical schematics.

What We Offer:
• A competitive compensation package within the range of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000.
