Manual Tester Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Manual Tester with experience in functional, regression, and API testing.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute test cases across web, API, and mobile platforms.
  • Perform API testing using Postman and validate backend responses.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
  • Write SQL queries for database validation.
  • Document test scenarios, test reports, and maintain test data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Manual Testing (functional, regression, usability).
  • Tools: Jira, Postman.
  • Database: SQL queries for validation.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology.
