About the Role

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by engaging directly with clients to gather requirements, analyzing needs, and ensuring seamless integration of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Meetings with clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of expectations.
  • Documentation: Extensive experience in creating comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business users to ensure their requirements are properly understood and represented in technical solutions.
  • Process Mapping: Collaborate with business and technical teams to design, map, and improve existing business processes.
  • Project Support: Assist project managers and developers in planning, scoping, and executing projects.
  • Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to prepare test cases based on business requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, offering solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of 3+ years as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation expertise.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools, techniques, and documentation practices.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with multiple priority management and deadline adherence.
