We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the release management lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases across multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release Management
  • Plan and manage release schedules to ensure timely and smooth delivery of software releases.
  • Coordinate release activities across various teams including development, testing, and operations.
  • Monitor and track release progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure all release processes and procedures are followed and documented.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of release activities.
  • Program Management
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage a team of Scrum Masters providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Ensure agile practices are followed and the team is continuously improving.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in release management, program management, and agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Experience in risk management with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with release management tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.

Preferred qualifications include certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management and experience working with distributed teams.
