Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Process Assistant.

The successful candidate will support the daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers.

Additionally, they will provide coverage for Area Managers, track and report ATS labor hours, assist the floor as an associate resource, train associates, and verify SOP compliance.

  • Provide coverage for Area Managers:
    • Tracking and reporting ATS labor hours
    • Assisting the floor as an associate resource
    • Training associates
    • Verifying SOP compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Work a flexible schedule shift work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand, walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
