Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Engineer - Quality to join our team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality products while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • B.E / B.Tech in ECE / EEE / IC / Mechanical / Mechatronics with 0-2 years of experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) in Manufacturing set up, Preferably in EMS Industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
