Financial Crime Prevention Specialist

Nair Systems, a boutique leading-edge technology consulting firm based in the Dubai International Financial Centre, seeks to fill a key role within its UAE operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in accountancy or a related field, with internationally recognized accounting and auditing qualifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFE.

A minimum of years of professional experience in fraud risk management and audit within financial institutions or large organizations is required.

Key skills include internal audit experience in the banking sector, corporate credit audit and financial risk audit, AML/CFT-related certifications, and fraud investigation qualifications.

In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office applications, negotiation and communication skills, and leadership abilities.

The selected individual will be responsible for analyzing fraud data, providing MI reporting, flagging high-risk trends, and recommending preventive measures.

This role involves collaboration with the Fraud Risk Management team, interaction with business and risk management functions, and conformance testing in accordance with approved SOPs.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate tracking records, conduct thorough investigations, and recommend policy amendments as necessary.

The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and relevant work experience are essential requirements for this role.
