Key Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to develop and maintain web-based solutions using Akumina CMS and Microsoft SharePoint.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain web-based applications utilizing Akumina CMS and SharePoint Online/Server.
  • Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts to integrate with Akumina CMS, ensuring seamless content migration and synchronization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, prioritizing effective communication and teamwork.
  • Implement security protocols, user permissions, and governance policies across both platforms, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve performance and functionality issues related to CMS and SharePoint, employing analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in both Akumina CMS and SharePoint, driving innovation and excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online, 2016/2019).
  • Proven expertise working with Akumina CMS.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions.
  • Experience with integrating third-party systems into SharePoint, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-101).
  • Experience with Office 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with enterprise content governance and compliance.
