- Responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely production and dispatch of finished goods.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to maintain efficient workflows and optimize productivity.
- Monitor worker performance and adherence to safety and quality standards while promoting a culture of discipline and accountability.
- Prepare regular production reports in Excel or physical records, resolving minor operational issues as they arise.
Main Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and best practices.
