Financial Operations Specialist

Seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to provide financial services and support.
The associate role serves as a critical part of the engagement team, providing accurate and organized financial record management.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain up-to-date financial records including supporting schedules and work papers, general ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting entries
- Prepare financial statements and reports for review
- Utilize accounting software proficiently and contribute to system improvements
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing accounting expertise and support
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and external parties, providing clear and concise financial information
As an Accounting Associate, you will expand your experience by working on various business structures in multiple industries and collaborating with tax, audit, and consulting teams to provide excellent service.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years of client accounting advisory experience
- Industry experience in Healthcare and Not For Profit is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with significant attention to detail, work independently and collaboratively with a team
