Creative Visual Design Leader

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of visual designers, providing guidance on complex projects, and ensuring seamless communication with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the execution team in delivering high-quality visual design solutions
- Develop project guidelines to ensure timely and effective project execution
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including financial services and design teams
- Manage team resources and resolve conflicts when necessary
As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards for all communications and brand integrity through effective leadership and management of the visual design team.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate tasks and manage time efficiently to meet business requirements
- Prepare drafts and present ideas to deliver projects as per client deadlines
- Participate in calls with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Maintain an average project feedback score of 4+
- Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to align the team with organizational goals
- Ensure final designs meet client branding expectations
- Perform quality control checks at every stage
- Guarantee the team meets its monthly and annual objectives
- Expert level proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Expert level knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premier and After Effects
