Oracle Apps SCM Functional Professional Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Apps SCM Functional Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for installation, upgrades and migrations experience in Oracle EBS R12.2 and R12.1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Installation, upgrades and migrations experience in Oracle EBS R12.2 and R12.1
  • Database administration (11g, 12c)
  • Involved in Cloning and patching applications and databases
  • Backup and clean up various log files
  • Involved in Register forms, printer setup, register custom applications, etc.
  • Implementing 24x7 production support procedures
  • Manage, monitor and configuring workflow
  • Monitoring database using OEM and custom scripts
  • Database lock, space management, export and import of the database, performance tuning at DB and apps Level
  • Participate in regular meetings and provide status updates
  • Responsible to build/review/audit technical specifications

Requirements:

  • B.Tech
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adhere to internal processes and tools to deliver projects, programs
  • Must be self-motivated with strong team orientation and the ability to learn quickly
  • Must be organized and capable of handling multiple environments and deadlines
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have hands-on experience concurrent managers & PCP configurations
  • Must be well versed with AD utilities and WebLogic administration
  • Must be skilled in sys admin activities like user administration responsibilities
  • Should be proficient with Unix commands and basic scripting skills
  • Backup and recovery
  • Expertise in RMAN, hot and cold back-ups
  • Must have good troubleshooting skills
  • Additional skills like Shell/Perl Scripting, FMW, OBIEE, SOA, OID/OAM, Agile, Hyperion, etc. are an added advantage
