Job Overview

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining existing core applications, ensuring they are secure, performant, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing small-scale software utilities to address internal process needs, as well as leading and coordinating outsourced software development projects. They will also work closely with business and product teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Maintaining accurate documentation and SOPs for system processes and workflows is a critical aspect of this role. The successful candidate will be able to manage and integrate internal IT team members, while also collaborating on building a long-term IT roadmap aligned to business priorities.

  • Core Application Management: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot existing core applications.
  • Software Development: Develop small-scale in-house software utilities/tools to address internal process needs.
  • Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate software development projects outsourced to external vendors.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with business and product teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and SOPs for system processes and workflows.
  • Team Management: Manage internal IT team members and ensure integration between various systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure application security, performance optimization, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • IT Roadmap: Collaborate on building a long-term IT roadmap aligned to business priorities.
