Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Hyperion Developer with expertise in Hyperion applications, including Planning, Essbase, and Financial Reporting, to join our team at Growel Softech Pvt. Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis processes and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Hyperion solutions.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain Hyperion applications, including Planning, Essbase, and Financial Reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Optimize existing Hyperion applications for performance and scalability.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Hyperion-related issues.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Hyperion development, with a focus on Planning, Essbase, and Financial Reporting.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Proficient in Hyperion tools and utilities, including HFM, FDMEE, DRM, and Smart View.
- Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
