Product Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves providing exceptional support to authors through various channels, including email and phone calls. Additionally, the Product Support Associate will be responsible for upselling premium packages and add-on services, as well as educating users about additional publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team. They will also be willing to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch support to authors via email and phone calls

Requirements:
