Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

A rewarding opportunity awaits at TechnoSphere, Inc. for a detail-oriented and dynamic individual to fill the role of Business Development Coordinator.

This position involves supporting our sales efforts by crafting high-impact presentations and proposals. Working closely with our leadership team, you will play a key role in articulating our value propositions to potential clients, ensuring each presentation and proposal aligns with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customized Proposal Creation: Develop compelling proposals for potential clients by understanding project requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Presentation Design: Design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and other materials that clearly communicate our solutions, services, and value.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to gather insights on client needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends to ensure our proposals are competitive and aligned with best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team and subject matter experts to gather input and ensure proposals and presentations are accurate, informative, and professionally presented.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for proposal development and presentation, striving to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the presales process.
Requirements:
  • Education: Recent MBA graduate or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint) and strong graphic design skills are highly desired. Familiarity with proposal tools like Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative team player who can build relationships across departments and work effectively with others to gather information and refine proposals.
