About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to oversee the development of scalable, reliable and cost-effective software solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects in Agile project planning, budgeting, scoping and managing customer expectations.
  • Handle project delivery end-to-end, including team handling and mentoring.
  • Guide teams on how to use Agile Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
  • Maintain accountability for ensuring everyone understands the project's goals and scope.
  • Assess and improve Scrum maturity across teams and organizations.
  • Facilitate scrum events, daily stand-ups and other meetings as needed.
  • Develop schedule and cost plans that support business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources and milestones.
  • Promote Scrum implementation to maximize velocity.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Rapidly identify and resolve technical incidents.
  • Cultivate advanced skill sets in application engineering and implement modern software engineering practices.
  • Develop different efficient, testable and reusable modules in existing ERP systems using ASP.NET Framework, C# and MS SQL Server.
  • Write SQL queries, Stored procedures, triggers, etc.
  • Work with the MVC design pattern for application development.
  • Create and manage WEB APIs, Schedulers, etc.
  • Design user-friendly modules using CSS3, HTML5 and the Bootstrap framework.
  • Develop and enhance interactive front-end elements using JavaScript, jQuery and other relevant front-end technologies.
