We are looking for a quality assurance professional to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct automated testing, performance, load, and stress tests to identify areas for improvement.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Develop test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications, taking into account stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring test environments are set up correctly and maintaining the integrity of automated testing processes.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT by coordinating resources and guidance for end-users, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Security and Compliance Testing: Conduct security testing and ensure product compliance with industry standards, protecting client sensitive information and maintaining trust.

We value experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright, as well as a proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies. A background in performance, load, and stress testing, along with familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, is highly desirable.
