Process Trainer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Trainer to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for customer-facing teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials.
  • Conduct regular training evaluations to assess knowledge retention and skill development.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to enhance their performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer in customer service.
  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and be proficient in MS Office. They should also have the ability to travel occasionally.
