Job Title: Key Business Partner
Key Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Key Business Partner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency channel management, with a focus on driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a network of agency partners and advisors to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Coordinate regulatory training sessions to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly business strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with agency partners and advisors to discuss business performance, goals, and objectives.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to improve first-time right submission rates.
- Achieve monthly business objectives and targets through effective planning and execution.
- Motivate and engage agency partners and advisors through contests, sales enablers, and recognition programs.
- Monitor and analyze business performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- Graduate or MBA/PG degree from a reputable institution.
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in agency channel management in the life insurance industry.
