Visual Storyteller Role

This key role involves leading creative expressions across various formats, guiding junior talent, and collaborating with strategy and copy teams to develop impactful campaigns.

The Job

  • Spearhead visual development for campaigns, social content, and digital experiences, ensuring cohesion and effectiveness.
  • Transform briefs into strong, concept-based designs and art directions that drive engagement and memorability.
  • Work closely with copywriters, designers, and brand teams to deliver cohesive creative output that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Develop and nurture junior designers, providing guidance on producing polished, platform-smart work.
  • Leverage GenAI tools to enhance execution speed and unlock new creative possibilities.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in a creative agency, preferably in a leadership or design-focused role.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing work across social, video, influencer, and display platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Veo 3, etc.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, passion for craftsmanship, and ability to balance speed with quality.
