Job Title: SAP Test Lead / Senior SAP Testing Consultant

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our team, you will lead and perform functional and integration testing for SAP SD / MM modules.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
  • Collaboration with SAP functional and technical teams is crucial to understand business processes and system configurations.
  • You will identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
  • A thorough understanding of test case traceability to business requirements is essential.
  • Regression testing and performance testing will be conducted as required.
  • Data migration processes during SAP upgrades or implementations must be validated.
  • Close collaboration with business users is necessary to understand use cases and ensure systems meet requirements.
  • Recommendations for test automation will be provided where applicable.
  • Test summary reports and documentation will be prepared and maintained.
  • Cross-functional team coordination and regular updates on testing progress will be ensured.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of overall testing experience, preferably in SAP environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management) processes.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP end-to-end testing cycles – Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UAT.
  • Knowledge of SAP APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization) is desirable.
  • Experience in testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Good understanding of SAP configuration and business process flows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in India.
