We seek an experienced UX Design Specialist familiar with designing web/mobile applications to join our growing team across regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking application, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest standards and trends in mobile design.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is preferred.
  • Experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines, including Apple's design principles and other mobile platform designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends and demonstrable design skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
