Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a luxury resort chain in Munnar. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Munnar, Kerala, India, with a seniority level of 7 to 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff training, and customer service
• Ensure the highest quality of food and beverages are served to customers
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the dining experience
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure exceptional service standards
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the department
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in the food and beverage industry

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry best practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with inventory management and cost control
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
