Lead User Experience Designer for AI-Powered Applications

We are seeking a talented Lead User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team and play a key role in designing user-centric, AI-powered applications. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing interaction design work, preferably with AI or data-driven features.

  • Develop seamless user interactions for AI-driven applications by collaborating with product managers, AI engineers, and UX/UI designers.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that bring AI capabilities to life in a clear and human-friendly manner.
  • Understand AI model behavior and constraints to design effective input/output experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and behavioral data.
  • Ensure accessibility, ethical design, and trust-building in AI interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user experiences for AI-powered products.

• Develop and maintain high-quality design assets, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Lead UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or related role, with at least 1 year working on AI-enabled products.

• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design work, preferably with AI or data-driven features.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Understanding of AI-specific UX challenges like uncertainty handling, user trust, and model explainability.
