Job Title: Visa Consultant - Europe

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visa Consultant - Europe to manage end-to-end visa application processes for European countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, embassy procedures, and coordination with clients, internal teams, and external authorities to ensure seamless and timely visa approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visa applications from start to finish, ensuring all necessary documents are collected, verified, and prepared in accordance with country-specific guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists to stay ahead of changing regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients/candidates to obtain missing documents, clarify requirements, and submit applications on time.
  • Arrange visa appointments, biometrics, and interviews as required.
  • Liaise with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate any concerns proactively.
  • Support the internal HR/mobility team with visa-related queries and provide expert advice when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to European countries.
  • Strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.
  • Experience handling business/work permits, dependent, and tourist visas.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and visa tracking tools.
