Exterior Spaces Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Exterior Spaces Design Professional with strong architectural knowledge to join our team.
This role involves developing innovative concepts for exterior spaces and aligning them with client vision and functional needs.
- Conceptual Design & Spatial Planning: Develop designs for outdoor spaces that cater to various uses such as relaxation, entertainment, or recreational activities.
- Design Detailing & Material Selection: Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and materials suited for luxurious exterior spaces.
- Décor & Styling: Curate final styling elements including soft furnishings, accessories, and artwork to enhance the design narrative of exterior spaces.
- Project Supervision & Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.
- Client Interaction: Present design ideas, collect feedback, and modify plans accordingly. Act as a key point of contact during all project phases.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Landscape Design
- 3–4 years of professional experience in exterior space design with architectural understanding
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus
- Strong command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management skills
