We are seeking a skilled and passionate Art Instructor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art education and experience teaching children. They will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons that promote creativity and learning.

About the Role:

Job Description

Teach art classes to children aged 4-14 through online sessions, ensuring a fun and creative environment.

Evaluate student performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Conduct demo sessions with students and facilitate conversions.

Deliver group and private lessons as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Formal education in Arts (Painting/Drawing/Sketching)
  • Strong subject knowledge
  • Experience in teaching Arts
  • Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)
  • Proficiency in using technology in education

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours, including evening shifts (3 AM - 7 AM or 4 PM - 8 PM) 6 days a week
  • Competitive pay structure: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo (1-25 sessions), Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo (26-60 sessions), Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo (61-80 sessions), Rs. 350/- per session + Rs.175/- per demo (81+ sessions)
  • Minimum guarantee: Rs. 6000/ for the 1st month, Rs. 12000/ for the 2nd month, and Rs. 18000/ for 3rd month onwards
