Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in all aspects of data management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist consultants with research and mapping assignments.
  • Enter all information gathered into our database, ensuring that all new and updated entries meet our minimum requirements, are correctly skill coded, and contact logs reflect conversations and meetings.
  • Safeguard data by saving it efficiently and accessibly.
  • Prepare trackers, reports, and update them regularly.
  • Format CVs according to our required templates.
  • Work proactively with consultants to prepare presentations for client pitches.
  • Conduct project-specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information through internet and internal databases.
  • Systematically identify target companies and candidates, continually developing our internal database both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Track and record executive moves and relevant press articles from the internet and publications.
  • Utilize our company database and other desk analysis tools, such as the internet, target company websites, press releases, event attendee lists, etc., to generate target candidates for search assignments.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Possess strong data management and research skills.
  • Be bright, articulate (both orally and in writing), and well-presented.
  • Be well-organized with a calm and unflappable temperament.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate first-rate organizational skills.
  • Show a proactive, willing, and adaptable approach.
  • Become a valuable team player.
